TattvaX 2.0 Bootcamp Marks Another Milestone on Day 3
The “𝐓𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐯𝐚𝐗 𝟐.𝟎 𝐁𝐨𝐨𝐭𝐜𝐚𝐦𝐩 - 𝐃𝐞𝐞𝐩𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐮𝐩 𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦”, organized by i-Hub Gujarat in collaboration with SanchiConnect, continued on 𝟏𝟏𝐭𝐡 𝐉𝐮𝐧𝐞 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 with Day 3 of the bootcamp
The day began with a roundtable discussion chaired by 𝐌𝐫. Jaykumar Joshi (𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐝, 𝐢-𝐇𝐮𝐛 𝐆𝐮𝐣𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐭), bringing together more than 𝟐𝟎 distinguished representatives from the Knowledge Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Gujarat Chamber of Commerce and Industry, retired officers from the Indian Army and Indian Air Force, representatives from SAC-Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO), CA's, National Productivity Council (NPC) India Council leadership, defence consultants, semiconductor experts, and cybersecurity and cyberwarfare professionals.
During the session, Mr. JayKumar Joshi shared the journey of the Student Startup and Innovation Policy (SSIP), which led to the establishment of i-Hub Gujarat as a Section 8 not-for-profit organization under the Education Department, Government of Gujarat. He spoke about i-Hub Gujarat’s role in nurturing startups through grant support from state and national government programs, as well as ecosystem-building initiatives.
He also discussed efforts to strengthen the venture capital landscape by facilitating fundraising opportunities and expanding the investment pipeline through collaborations with professional bodies such as ICAI, encouraging Chartered Accountants to view startups as an emerging alternative asset class. In addition, he highlighted initiatives such as industry-focused demo days and partnerships with business chambers that help innovators gain market access, validate technologies, explore pilot manufacturing opportunities, and accelerate commercialization.
The discussion also provided a platform for experts and industry representatives to introduce themselves and share their areas of expertise. Members of the roundtable expressed a shared commitment to supporting startups in AI, defence, aerospace, semiconductors, and cybersecurity through collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and industry mentorship.
